Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Finance Manager role located in Dumaguete. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including overseeing accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for developing financial strategies and providing financial analysis to support decision-making.

Qualifications
• Expertise in accounting principles and financial analysis
• Experience in budgeting and financial reporting
• Leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
