Your Impactful Goals will include:
• Responsible for execution of FS product & distribution initiatives at regional level
• Primary interface for Circle /HQ/ Bank related operational issues
• End to end responsibility of FS related projects rollout, FS distribution and business KPI performance.
• Ownership to drive and ensure FS float management and FS Regional trainings
• Develop plans to maximize efficiency in the channel and grow business volume
• To ensure smooth execution of regional campaigns to get desired business uptake
• Monitoring of growth at regional & franchise level on month to month and year to year basis.
• Identify the right size of channel, Investment, strengths and weaknesses of the channels
