Position : Supervisor (Trade), SBI AntwerpJob profileHandling of daily banking transactions in various departments especially Trade Department (as per the need) in the Bank.Interaction with Banks, Agents / Brokers and clients in other geographies mainly IndiaScrutiny of Trade DocumentsPreparation of calculation sheet, discounting Memorandums, SWIFT MessagesScrutiny of swift messages.Lodgment of Export / Import Bills, opening of Letter of Credit / Bank Guarantee, Lien marking, Bill Discounting, Buyers Credit.Follow-up of transactions.Posting of transactions in the Finacle and TIPlusAttending to customer calls (Personal/Telephone Calls)Maintenance of data base in MS Excel sheet.Filing of papers and documents.Handling of daily banking transactions in various departments (as per the need) in the Bank, especially Trade Finance.Any other job/ tasks entrusted by the Manager/ Chief Executive Officer.
