Responsible

• Run the factory day-by-day operation as the overall principal manager

• Authorize, sign and monitor the factory’s purchases, monthly bills, and all other expenses.

• Provide a daily report to the foreign GM (via a zoom call).

• Act as the foreign GM personal assistant & translator during his periodical visits.

• Research for new vendors or suppliers as needed.

• Manage the factory employees’ vacations, annual leaves and sick days.

• Hire new office & production line employees when needed.

• Monitor and impose the factory high standards of conduct at all times.

• Terminate employment of office & production line employees when needed.

• Supervise periodic Covid19 tests to workers
