• To ensure safe working conditions are designed and standardized into any changes in working practices, new process, and plant developments• To apply statistic & WCM tools to monitor & control mill1 + mill2 (Cp mill) plant process key parameters.• Provide technical support to all production operations staff in the resolution of mill1 + mill2 (Cp mill) plant process variations leading to a reduction in quality complaints and plant performance improvement.• To manage and implement trouble - shooting and cost saving project for mill1 + mill2 (Cp mill) plant• Work closely with NPD steering committee team and manufacturing team to develop prototypes for New Products.• Lead to manage, launch & implement new products development process.• Work closely with Central team and SEA team to transform knowledge and technical term to develop NPD and existing products.• Manage future and existing assigned products, set objectives, and report the performances, regular report the NPD performances to...
