Position: Estimator

Job Description:

· Must be purely estimator, can do the bill of materials without supervision

· Can estimate tools equipment and manpower requirements

· Analyzing plans, bills of materials and other project documentation.

· Performs the sourcing, researching, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quality of materials.

· Will perform and analyze product costing through currency exchange rates and the company’s productivity rates.

· Keep detailed records of material and reports

Job Requirements:

· Must be graduate of Civil Engineer or any engineering related course

· With experience in the position for not less than 3 years in a construction company

· Can start immediately

· Amenable to work in marikina city

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php23,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
