Assess and develop the skills / potential of the Distributor sales team through proper formulation of skills development plans and conduct of appropriate training to improve performance.

Identify and analyze information requirement (i.e. trade data, market share) and gaps to provide recommendation in the development of category/brand channel plan and business processes.

Provide consultation on plans & programs and strategies to Distributor sales team.

Assess Distributor’s profitability and provide recommendations to achieve business viability.

Conduct sales and operational meetings on weekly basis to address issues and concerns that need to be resolved and provide feedback / recommend action plans to Business Manager

Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
• 13th month salary
