• Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings and sales
appointments, and following up with customers about their order status.
• Recording sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop
sales strategies.
• Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing
requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer
requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing,
queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records,
prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance
department.
• Making the company's products and services as attractive to
potential customers as possible.
• Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and
