Role Description

This is a contract Executive Assistant role at Ismail, located in Meknes. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports, and making travel arrangements.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work
