Level three diploma in Health and Social Care
Previous experience in a supervisory role and knowledge of compliance
Driver with UK manual licence
Have an understanding of Person-Centred Planning
Experience of working with people with Learning disabilities and Autism
Experience managing medication
Need to be flexible, to work shifts and manage admin hours
Good IT knowledge/skills/systems
Experience of team Building
Participating in the on-call Rota is a requirement.
