Brightwork are supporting with the recruitment of a Stock Control Administrator to join our client at their site in West Lothian on a Full Time, Temporary ongoing Basis.

Duties Include
• Oversee the processing of invoices related to incoming and outgoing stock transactions.
• Maintain meticulous records of stock movements and inventory levels.
• Collaborate closely with procurement and logistics teams to manage stock replenishment effectively.
• Generate comprehensive reports on stock status, transactions, and discrepancies for management review.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
