Integrated into the Research & Development (R&D) packaging team, you will be responsible for the development of packaging solutions and their optimizations in time, costs, quality and compliance with internal guidance and EU legal framework in the home care & personal care sector for Persán.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Interface with marketing and purchasing departments to understand brief and product needs.
• Interface with suppliers and third parties to define product characteristics and specifications.
• Scout and propose innovative packaging solutions, evaluating their technical feasibility & sustainability.
