Job Description – CNC Bending Operator

Designation: Technician-Bending Operator. (CNC)

Education Qualification: Required minimum qualification ITI Machinist or experience of CNC Bending machine operating

Job Description: Responsible to handle activities in Bending process and work in area of stainless steel fabrication (Multi skilled).

Skills Required: Required basic knowledge of Bending process, Able to do CNC programming as per 2D / 3D drawings, Grinding and finishing process, Material handling, 5S knowledge, production planning, coordination with internal departments, Experience of working on Trumpf / Amada bending machine will be an added advantage

Experience Required: 2 – 3 years.

Job Responsibility:

· Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.

· Operating of CNC press brake / bending machine

· Able to handle set up, tool change and preparation activities without any support

· Knowledge of preparing bending program.
