**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare monthly & quarterly Reports
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Assist for documentation to tax consultants & Auditor
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
• *Requirements and skills**:

- Work experience as an Accounts Assistant
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Hands-on experience with accounting software Tally Erp9
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- Additional certification Accounting Diploma is a plus
