Executive Assistant to Deputy Site Director

Purpose of the Job:
Provide crucial support to Deputy Site Director in office administration, including bookkeeping. Manage meetings, appointments, legal and contract updates. Support with tasks tracking, correspondence, and basic legal review. Ensure efficient operations and contribute to the overall success of the Site Services Division.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate office activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Manage agendas, meetings, travel arrangements for Site Services Division.
• Handle correspondence, welcome visitors, and support bookkeeping.
• Prepare invoices, update records, and track office supplies.
• Submit reports, assist with billing, and manage expenses.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in administration or relevant field.
• 5+ years in executive assistance or office admin in manufacturing.
• Legal background preferred.
• Good command of English
