- Working Location: Tu Son, Bac Ninh/ Long Bien, Hanoi
- Supervise daily operations of the sorting center (can be one work shift, one zone, or a functional team), including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as volume FIFO, processing time, on-time rate, and error rates, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with fairness, safety, and security protocols, including the proper handling of problems related to people and operations, following SOPs and company policies.
- Take part in recruiting, training, and developing team members, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations and resolve issues as they arise.
