Job Context:

This position will be responsible for the proper performance of assigned responsibilities to ensure the production management of the factory.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Having the ability to analyze the skills of team members and recognize their strengths and areas for development.
• Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively assess situations and make appropriate decisions.
