Job Description

You will be responsible for resolving issues with networks through constant troubleshooting and support of those networks to ensure our customers get the best quality of service and up-time we can give. This entails the following main daily tasks:

- Analyse events.

- Perform troubleshooting and incident response on the systems.

- Communicate with site technicians or third parties responsible for resolution.

- Track issues through to resolution.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for monitoring the Backbone, Backhaul, Access and customer network.

- Monitor all networks and datacentre’s hardware platforms for hardware and operating system related alerts, errors, warnings, performance, communications related issues, or problem conditions.

- Diagnose and resolve all network issues that may arise.

- Provide technical support to customers by performing troubleshooting when the system malfunctions.
