Job Description & Requirements
• At least 2 years experience on the job relevant to Quality Control and/or Quality Assessment of harvesting, or Harvesting Supervisor (including its preparation and post-harvesting process)
• At least experience in monitored 3 seasons of harvesting (3 musim panen) - horticulture crops are strongly preferred
• Manage the end-to-end process of pre-harvesting (harvesting preparation), harvesting itself, and post-harvesting - including but not limited to collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth harvesting and its marketing process
• Create Sales & Marketing Planning for harvesting results
• Identify (define & calculate) estimation of harvesting amount from the farm
• Identify required materials & equipment to support harvesting & its marketing process
• Estimate potential grade and the proportion from on-farm harvesting results
