We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Flight Dispatcher/ Assistant Flight Dispatcher at Cinnamon Air; owned, operated, and managed by Saffron Aviation Pvt Ltd, Sri Lanka’s premier domestic airline and the only airline to operate scheduled flights from Colombo’s Bandaranaike International Airport to key tourist destinations in the island.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for steering operational control over aircraft following our Operations Manual guidelines. Your tasks include crafting meticulous flight documentation packages with Operational Flight Plans, Weather Folders, and NOTAMS.
