Responsibilities:
• Main contact with guests and hotel while guests staying at the hotel
• Meeting and exceeding guests’ expectations, from arrival to departure in all areas of their stay
• Ensuring that all guests’ special requests, requirements are met by all departments and communicated clearly
• Thinking out of the box to make guests’ stay exceptional
• Upselling of other group facilities and services including our affiliates
• Adhere to and maintain Health and Safety standards

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality
