Description

Our client a large concern in the manufacturing industry is currently looking to employ an Accountant, to be able to commence their duties soonest General Description:

To play a pivotal role as a link between finance departments at the head office.

Duties
• VAT Recon review and submissions
• EMP Recon review and submissions
• Monthly payroll review
• Review monthly journals and recons (Fixed Assets, Inventory, Loans, Commissions, Sales, and Banking)
• Prepare and publish timely monthly management accounts
• Review of weekly and monthly payments and creditor recons
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Assist with monthly and yearly audits
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances

Minimum Requirements
• Financial Qualification / or more than 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Syspro Experience and Excel will count in your favour
• Debtor finance experience (Advantageous)
