Location: Dumaguete City

Work Schedule: In office, 6 am - 3 pm

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Admin to join our team in Dumaguete City. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in HRBP and possess strong organizational and administrative skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for office administration, ensuring compliance in the office, and reviewing and coordinating with the HR Lead for NTE, resignation, and separation items.

Responsibilities

Manage office administration tasks

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Review and coordinate with HR Lead for NTE, resignation, and separation items

Assist in HR-related activities as needed

Provide administrative support to the HR department
