Engineering & Maintenance Manager - Industrial Manufacturing Company, Metro Manila, Philippines

A pioneering industrial manufacturing company is in need of an Engineering & Maintenance Head. The successful candidate, reporting to the Plant Manager, will be responsible in ensuring the facilities in the plant, including all the equipment, are working and in tip-top shape.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Engineering License is a plus

Five (5) years experience in the same role for similar manufacturing field

Exceptional eye for detail

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Knowledgeable in various maintenance tools and equipment, specifically for industrial manufacturing

Excellent organizational and communications skills

Possesses exceptional product presentation skills

Willingness to be based in Metro Manila
