About the Role

As a valuable member of our Lear Virtual Proving Ground Team at the Philippines Engineering Branch Center, this position “Applications Engineer 2” is pivotal in simulating every aspect of electrical and mechanical wire harness performance before physical parts are produced. The primary objective is to ensure the electrical distribution system fits and functions as intended during the first physical build, thereby minimizing product development cycles, testing cycles, and eliminating costly reworks that jeopardize quality. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities
• Support finite element activities for both meshing and analysis related to Wiring and components products from various customers.
