This is a Fixed Term/Secondment vacancy until 31/10/2024 to cover maternity leave.

If you are a Hywel Dda University Health Board employee and are applying for this post as a secondment, agreement for the secondment is needed from your current manager prior to application.

We are looking for a Band 3 Health Care Support Worker to join our School Nursing Service. The vacancy is in Ceredigion and the post is Fixed Term 15 hours per week working term time only. This is an exciting time to be involved in School Nursing as we are implementing the new refreshed 2017 Welsh Government's 'A Framework for a School Nursing Service in Wales'.
Main duties of the job

School Nurses are central to a range of services that promote public health and support the physical, emotional and social health of children and young people aged between 5 to 18 years and contribute to a healthy school culture.
