Please initiate search for FTE java application testing manager with experience in banking industry. The consultant should be ready to work from client’s office in Manno, Switzerland.

Formulate / review java software testing strategies
Manage Java software testing resources(Recruit, train, allocate and monitor)
Review business / software requirements and provide inputs.
Prepare / review test plans.
Analyze test results and test metrics.
Prepare / review / present test reports.
Coordinate with other managers (Project Manager, Development Manager, etc) to ensure the highest level of software quality.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent)
8+ years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of at least one programming/ scripting language
Knowledge of at least one database management system
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Coordination and leadership skills
