What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Advisor is responsible for talent acquisition functions including; attracting, selecting, and developing qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs and enhance overall employee performance. The HR Advisor leads acquisition initiatives including job analysis, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and completion of the selection and onboarding process.
