Mold Design Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
• Overall Control of Mold Fabrication/Injection Molding Process
• Monitoring productivity, quality standard, supplier, and concern documents control
• Process/System/Quality/5S/ISO Management Improvement
• Customer feedback and audit management
• Budget, expense control, cost reduction, and team management
• Follow Company policy meeting and support activity
• Provide training to improve skill to subordinates

Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or any related field
• Minimum 4-6 years in in Electronic manufacturer
• Experience in Plastic injection process is preferable
• Experience in CAD / CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Design, Milling, Grinding, Polishing, Fitting, Assembly is preferable
