• Precision parts processing and industrial machines for automotive and semiconductor parts.

Job description
• Conduct translation and also verbally between JP and TH staffs.
• Support for brief information when the client detects the issue with the product
• Create and review documents related to sales (PO, invoice quotations, packing lists).
• Contacting suppliers about their delivery and stocks, including negotiating with clients about the price of shipping.
• Manage employees’ time attendance and payroll calculation reports.

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Having experience in administrative or sales support will be an advantage.
• Open to newly graduated candidates.
• Communicating fairly in Japanese and English.
• At least a JLPT level N3 in Japanese proficiency certificate is required.
• Be a detail-oriented and proactive person.
