Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer located in Narayanganj District. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance of machinery and equipment including inspection, upkeep, repair, and troubleshooting, ensuring efficient production operation and minimizing downtime. Additionally, the Maintenance Engineer will execute preventative maintenance, monitor equipment performance, and respond to emergency calls when necessary.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proficient in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and electrical controls
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
• Expertise in equipment troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
