Responsibility:
• Acts as the first point of contact for business partners, managers, and employees seeking advice and counsel on all workforce matters.
• Works closely with the business/departmental line managers to ensure all people processes; recruitment & selection, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent review, succession plan, annual merit increase & promotion, learning & development program, related compliances, and etc. are effectively managed
• Administers processes, policies, and programs related to compensation, training & development, benefits, staffing, and employee relations.
• Communicates program changes to management team and employees.
• Consult with management team regarding legal and regulatory impact of program changes.
