Minimum requirements :
• BSc / BEng Chemical Engineer (PrEng - Professional Engineer) (Not Negotiable)
• Project Management / PRINCE II certification / experience
• 15 Years chemical manufacturing plant environment, preferably Chlor-Alkali manufacturing experience
• Quality Management and Laboratory Operations experience
• World Class Systems and Operational Excellence implementation experience
• Developing and using MES system for analysis of operational data experience
• Financial budgeting and Capex Management Experience
• Sharepoint and Corrective Action Systems (Digilex)
• In-depth knowledge of SCADA, PLC, SAP, IM and MES
• Extensive knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act, ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems
• Extensive knowledge of Hazardous Chemical Manufacturing and handling codes
