Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Mumbai. The Field Services engineer will be responsible for providing installation, maintenance, and repair services for our clients. They will troubleshoot and diagnose issues on a range of systems and equipment, and provide technical support to customers. They will also maintain records of service actions and provide clear reports of any issues found and actions taken to address them.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, or Instrumentation)
• Proven experience as a Field Services Engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
