Position: Client Relationship Officer(CRO)

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the bank.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or Equivalent/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
