Description

1. Ensure fullfill the 5S, Environment, Safety & Health requirement.
2. Ensure the down time due to Tools and Jigs issue meet department KPI's.
3. To control and analyse on the Spare Parts management.
4. Ensure the CMMS always up to date.
5. Coordinate with team for verify and validate new parts, tools and jigs is release abd availability of required documents.
6. Participate with QSE team to review the process tools and jigs during the production line audit. Ensuring that all spare parts well manage.
7. Participate and cooperate in Process Improvement which related to Tools and Jigs.
8. Arrangement with team for all project or new machinery set up and release.
