Job DescriptionTo assist restaurant manager to meet all operations KPIs in the respective storeEnsuring shift is properly staffed and ready to handle business volumeTo provide coaching to team members on their day-to-day operationsli>To always maintain effective communicationTo assist in active recruiting plan when necessaryTo achieve company service goals and service targets during the shiftTo uphold Domino’s Pizza’s policies and standardsTo handle all customer complaints and resolved it in a timely mannerTo assist restaurant manager on their weekly administrative paperwork as and when needed

RequirementDiploma / Min 1 Years Managerial experienceRetail and Hospitality Industry (F&B experience will be an advantage)Have strong Leadership & Management skillExcellent in Customer ServiceGood command of English & Bahasa MalaysiaMust be able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Salary : Up to RM2,700
