Our client offers an opportunity to a SENIOR PRODUCTION/ FARM MANAGER on an extensive citrus and plum farm in the Robertson area, Western Cape.

Duties & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing all production activities including planting, irrigation, fertilizing and pruning
• The effective management of the total human resources component
• All related administrative functions and attendance to audit meetings
• Procurement procedures

The ideal candidate is an energetic and practical, mechanically inclined person with an eagerness to learn and has an aptitude for new technology. In this position, the successful candidate will have to be able to act autonomously and take ownership of their areas of responsibility.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
