Hotel & Estate close to Franschhoek is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor with Mechanical skills. You will excel in this role if you are an efficient, solution-driven individual, who enjoys fast paced and constantly changing challenges and has a passion for exceptional service whilst maintaining a high degree of operational delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordinating of a section of the Maintenance Department and its staff and the implementing of a structured preventative response to the maintenance needs of the various areas of the portfolio.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the Handymen to ensure that the facilities and equipment in and around all the properties are well maintained and in good working order
• Perform maintenance, installations, repairs and troubleshooting on the general facilities, as well as plumbing and electrical systems issues
