Phakisa Holdings is currently seeking a Site/Project Manager - Mining in the Secunda area.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Has the overall responsibility for the successful planning and execution of a project.
• Possess a combination of skills including the ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve interpersonal conflicts as well as more systematic management skills.
• Able to recognise that risk directly impact the likelihood of success and that it must be measured and managed throughout the life of the project.
• Site Management
• Oversee daily operations on all sites.
• Ensure overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the agreed scope and measurements as per the client contract.
• Ensure a high safety standard is maintained.
• Manage, Coordinate, and Execute all tasks as per schedule.
• Maintain a professional appearance of our employees, offices, vehicles, and stores.
