Qualifications: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: (OPM Operating Manual, Qualification Standards for Professional and Scientific Positions, GS-0457, and the Individual Occupational Requirements for GS-0457, Soil Conservationist Series).

BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL GRADES:
