As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
• Receiving telephone calls from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning the product or service
• Management of incoming calls and email
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Handling clients' requests: policy changes, cancellations, claims, updating payment details.
