Main Objectives of the Job :
• To provide market outlook and updates within the local real estate industry for client and internal company use
• To formulate real estate business plans, highest and best use and market studies for clients

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to :

1. To provide market outlook and updates within the local real estate industry
• Conduct market research of all property land use across the country
• Coordinate with government agencies and local government units to obtain macro-economic data relevant to support the industry study
• Build and maintain historical database for all real estate land use
• Be updated to local and international market and current events
• Prepare presentation materials that will be of use for LPC and its clients

2. To formulate real estate business plans, highest and best use and market studies for clients
• Perform site inspections and procure relevant photographic materials of the site
