The Project Management Assistant Vice President is responsible in overseeing and managing the project engineering and construction management aspects of all development projects within quality, time & budget.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General:
• Unless specifically mentioned in the succeeding contents, the personnel shall:
• Perform as Committee Lead assigned by the Head of Engineering Department;
• Coordinate with the various department Committees to improve work efficiency;
• Take full responsibility and accountability over the assigned projects;
• Take active participation in the programs of the Engineering Department;
• Ensure that all cost and time-related concerns are discussed with the Engineering Vice President and obtained approval before execution;
• Always perform the assigned tasks with full integrity, driven with passion and result oriented.
