Responsibilities:
• Support and handle recruiting process for Muar.
• Establish positive relationship with the customer by understanding their talent needs, providing strategic hiring recommendations and influencing partners as a trusted talent advisor.
• Work with business to identify future talent needs and proactively plan and develop strategy to source for such talents.
