As a Technical Sales Support Specialist for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Toyota, Japan, you will be responsible for ensuring the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, field service engineer and other internal and/or external teams. • Coordinating appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinating with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g. production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists) is in place.
