The position

We are looking for an experienced financial assistant with attention to detail, who wants to become part of our accounts receivable team in the Shared Finance department. In addition to collaborating with your colleagues in the department, you will also cooperate closely with colleagues in sales. You must help ensure a high level of quality in the tasks performed and at the same time ensure that we are in control of our customer debts.

Your primary tasks
• Credit management including credit insurance and order release
• Accounting of payments and recovery of outstanding debts
• Customer Service
• Handling debt collection and bankruptcy
• Managing customer creations
• Supporting sales
• Bank transaction posting
• Other tasks
