Job Description / Responsibility
• Ensure CMSME business growth to achieve target.
• Identify potential clients for CMSME loan.
• Build and maintain productive and strategic relations with customers and other stakeholders to drive the development and delivery of business solutions and revenue growth for the SME Business Segment/SME Branch Segment.
• Guide branch RM for proper submission of business proposals for obtaining approval from competent authority.
• Review & Monitoring of Branch RMs’ Business for achieving business target.
• Visit assigned Branches and Customers to verify credit worthiness of existing and new borrowers.
• Disbursement follow-up for reducing lead time with CRM, CLAD /CTPC.
