We are looking for a Project Manager Long Term Maintenance.

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the supervision and coordination of projects. Flanders and Brussels are your regions, with Aartselaar as your base.

What exactly does this feature entail?
• the calculation and quotation preparation
• drawing up procedures and technical specifications
• contacts and negotiations with the clients (public authorities) during the project implementation
• Contacts with and follow-up of suppliers, subcontractors and site management
• the technical details and follow-up of the projects together with the engineering office
• You coordinate commissioning of our installations after a structural replacement
• Management of planning, quality, safety, expenses and income
• You take charge of the project and coordinate all parties involved
• you report to the Section Manager and act as the person ultimately responsible for your assigned projects and tenders on a day-to-day basis
