• Provide administrative support
• Assist with office maintenance tasks
• Help manage office equipment by ensuring it is in good working condition and arranging for repairs when needed.
• Set up meeting rooms and event spaces
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail for pickup or delivery.
• Assist staff and visitors by answering questions, directing them to the appropriate personnel or resources, and ensuring a positive experience.
